I run back and forth to work most days. I wake up, eat breakfast, listen to a podcast, have a cup of tea, and jog into work. In the evenings, at the end of the day, my routine is less defined. When I’m ready to run home I set aside my emails, find my running clothes, and check to see if Baseball Central is ready to download.
Sometimes, I forget what I’m doing, attempt to put on two pairs of shoes, shake my head, and smile.
